Fee Information and Online Payment

At our practice, consultations are privately billed, and payment is required at the time of your appointment.

Our standard fees are as follows:

Initial consultation complex – $550 

Initial consultation standard - $450

Follow-up consultation – $300

Annual review (with new referral) – $350

Please note that fees may vary depending on the nature, duration, and complexity of care required.

A valid GP referral is required to access Medicare rebates. GP referrals are valid for 12 months, while referrals from another specialist are valid for 3 months. Medicare rebates can be processed on your behalf at the time of payment, with the rebate typically returned to your nominated account overnight.

Telehealth appointments require full payment in advance.

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. A cancellation fee of $150 will apply to late cancellations or non-attendance. This helps ensure that appointment times can be offered to other children and families who are waiting to be seen.

Appointments for children in Out of Home Care (OOHC) or under the care of DCJ may incur higher fees than standard consultations, reflecting the additional time, coordination, and documentation often required in these cases.
