Fee Information and Online Payment

At our practice, services are privately billed, and patients will incur an out-of-pocket charge after Medicare rebate. A valid GP referral will allow you to claim a Medicare rebate. GP referral is valid for 12 months and a referral from another Specialist is only valid for 3 months.  

Telehealth appointments require full payment in advance.

A cancellation fee of $150.00 will be requested for all appointments cancelled in less that 48 hours' notice. Our clinicians have long waiting lists and failure to attend an appointment prevents the time being given to another child or family who needs to be seen. Prior to making future appointments it is important to clear any prior cancellation fees.
